Relaxing by the Pool

The pool area was a fantastic escape. Overlooking the serene lake, it was the perfect spot to unwind during our holiday. We spent hours swimming and soaking up the sun. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it provided a lovely backdrop for family fun!

Comfortable Stay

Our room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for a family's needs. It had a mini-fridge which was very convenient for keeping snacks and drinks cool. The beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep after our busy days out.

Simple Breakfast

The breakfast offered was basic but satisfactory. I appreciated the selection of toast, oatmeal, and coffee to fuel our day. Monique, who was in charge of the breakfast area, was incredibly friendly and made the morning more pleasant.

Great Family Activities

One of the best features was the availability of jet ski rentals right on the hotel. The kids had an absolute blast exploring the lake, making our stay even more nice. It was a great way to spend quality time together as a family.

I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms had a lot of potential, being spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, but they were in dire need of upkeep. The service and overall cleanliness were lacking, making it hard to enjoy the facilities. It felt like more of a budget option than I expected, especially considering the resort fee added onto the price.

Our room was quite large with 3 queen-sized beds and a kitchenette, which is great for a family of five. However, it was quite dated and not the cleanest.

Service was very lacking. We checked in with four people but only had two towels, and it took a long time to get the extra ones. Housekeeping was inconsistent and often late.

This hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. While I appreciated the low cost and the substantial breakfast that filled my family up, I was disappointed with the room's condition and some unfulfilled amenities. The lack of maintenance on the property made the overall experience less than ideal, despite the friendly staff and decent value for money.
